Taxime is a great new tool…

Jordan Boesch just got in touch to let me know about Taxime.ca, this is a site that allows you to calculate cab fare.  All you need to do is type in your starting address and ending address and TaxiMe will do the calculation for you.  It supports taxi rates for 15 major Canadian cities, including Ottawa.  The rates (waiting time) will even adjust a little for rush hour times during the day. 

The other cool things is that it is also available on all mobiles and iPhone devices and uses Google maps to do the calculations.  I have tried it and it works great.  Chek it out!
