I met with Ben Sorensen from IdeaConsultation last week and he showed me a really interesting app they are working on.  Essentially it is a way to do web-based public consultations that can help answer the following types of questions:

How can we improve my product?
What products (or services) should we introduce?
How can we better integrate our supply to sales process?
What could we do to attract the best students to the company?
How can we become more environmentally conscious?
How can we improve work / life balance?
