Citrify – Time to Dump Photoshop and Fireworks

Ok, ok, don’t dump them yet… they’re pretty useful applications and, personally, I love Fireworks and loved Macromedia (the company that originally made the product until Adobe came along and took over… how sad).

Back to the point though. Zee Yang, the Flex/Air Guru, has just announced his super cool application Citrify is available for download. This is a beta release and so you should get your hands on it as soon as you can as it will cost money soon

Citrify is an Adobe Flex application that will allow you to edit your everyday images. You don’t need fancy photoshop skills and with a mere click of a button you can remove red-eye or blemishes and modify other aspects of an image. We all want to look great in our images before we upload them onto Facebook and Citrify lets you do this fast and easy (no batteries required… i.e. its dead easy).
