I was looking at the IRAP website (which every local startup should be doing) and trying to find the application page when I came across this:

Who knew the government had such a great sense of humour. Hats off to you!

This feels like a Scott Annan hoax, although he promises that it is real. Actually Ivan also saw it. Im glad that the federal goverment reads startup ottawa.
