Upcoming Startup Events: PubNight & DemoCamp
It’s a new season for StartupOttawa with an exciting new website and lots of upcoming events. It’s great to see everyone coming out of hibernation, and we’d like to add a few more events to your growing calendar:
- Monday, May 4th – Startup Ottawa pub night: We’d like to start having a monthly pub night – as has been requested every month by Eric Lussier (although I think every night is a pub night at Travelpod!) – we’d like to host them on the first Monday of every month. We’ll try to get you some free beer and drinks as additional incentive to come out and socialize. Anyone have a suggestion for the first location?
- Thursday, May 21st – Demo Camp: New venue, new format, new companies! We’re spicing up Demo Camp and you won’t want to miss this. Much, much more to come!
We’re excited about the new website and the dawning of the Ottawa startup renaissance period. We’ll try to get up a few more cool features on the site including an event calendar (that everyone can contribute to!) and a forum.
